Below is a general reference guide to the printing processes offered by Olympus;

Direct Digital Printing

Digital printing is a process where photographic quality images are created by directly printing to a multitude of substrates. The process allows for amazing graphics to be recreated and printed directly to flexible or rigid materials while providing endless possibilities. Companies are no longer restrained by the capabilities of traditional screen-printing and the process’ affordability permits small quantity and one of a kind event banners to be economical. Excellent for cost effective, low run 4-color process.

Banner imprint size is 80% of product height and/or width

Some suggested applications include:

Dye Sublimation

A heat transfer process in which first an electronically charge paper is printed with given image and then through heat and pressure the image is transferred (dyed) into the fabric. This process allows for the creation of vibrant, flexible, extremely lightweight images, great when weight is an issue. Images can be printed on virtually all fabrics and are machine washable (the image will not fade when washed).
